Nissan Altima Hybrid

Beginning in early 2007, Nissan will enter the hybrid gas-electric vehicle segment with the introduction of the all-new 2007 Altima Hybrid. The alternative fuel vehicle is estimated to have a net power rating of 198 horsepower and has a projected driving range of up to 700 miles between fill-ups. The vehicle, which was introduced at the L.A. Auto Show, has been certified to meet California emissions requirement and will be sold in states that have adopted these prerequisites: California, Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island and Vermont.
